We start with a hard, specialist subject and the people who deal with it every day , then build the reference tools that make their work clearer.
Our first product family
Technical reference tools and learning resources that help competent heating professionals understand electrical controls, read wiring arrangements and work through fault diagnosis logically.
Three products are on the way: an app, a printed manual and a part finder. None of them is on sale yet.
Real problems first
How we work
We look for jobs that are harder than they need to be, talk to the people doing them, and build something that helps. Then we check it properly before anyone is asked to pay for it.
What we won't do
Call a product finished before it is, publish a price that hasn't been agreed, or claim a manufacturer's backing we don't have.
Room for what comes next
Heating Decoded is the first product family, not the last. New ventures will appear here once they have a name, a brand and a proper plan behind them. Not before.
